Colours can emphasise the shape of aluminium joinery and provide it with individual character and genuine appearance.
All aluminium systems offered by our company are available in two colour palettes – RAL and DECORAL. We supply anodised windows and doors as well. Such a large selection enables you to choose the perfect windows to match both the interior and the façade.
RAL
Basic colour palette. Profiles come in one of 213 smooth colours or in sand or metallic texture.
DECORAL
Woodgrain finish palette. Aluminium joinery offered by our company comes in the following colours: golden oak, rustic oak, bog oak, ebony, walnut, walnut vein, mahogany, sapele, pine, fir, beech, cherry, wenge, winchester, sweet cherry, dark sweet cherry, chestnut.
ANODISED ALUMINIUM
Anodised aluminium provides excellent properties (hardness and resistance to corrosion) and allows you to choose from among a wide variety of colours. The following colours of anodised elements are available: blasted silver, blasted gold, blasted inox, blasted champagne, blasted olive, blasted brown, blasted black, brushed anodised inox, brushed strong anodised inox.
Perfect for producing windows, doors, vestibules, frames, and various spatial structures. The system features thermal breaks made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide. The shape of thermal breaks improves profile stiffness and helps drain water from the profiles, providing appropriate thermal insulation in any weather conditions.
MB-60 system enables us to supply side-hung, bottom-hung, tilt and turn, and tilt and slide windows, as well as inswing and outswing doors. One system is sufficient to provide complete joinery and finish construction.
Alternative solutions based on MB-60 allow us to provide permanent windows and pivot windows as well.
MB-45 windows are additionally equipped with Maco Multi-Matic hardware. However, final hardware set depends on the customer's needs and requirements. If safety is your greatest concern, we recommend WK1 or WK2 class hardware.
The MB-60 system provides a basis for four alternative solutions, improving the possibilities of use.
MB-60 HI is the first solution, ensuring improved thermal insulation properties. Can be used in individual structures and in aluminium façades. Improving thermal insulation properties is possible thanks to special inserts located in central profile chambers that reduce heat losses due to a low heat transfer coefficient. Located centrally, the inserts reduce convection and thermal radiation.
MB-60 Concealed Sash belongs to the MB-60 system with a thermal break as well. Windows produced using this system feature invisible sashes on the outer side. When permanent and active windows are located next to each other, it is impossible to tell them apart. The frames are considerably narrow when seen from the outside, providing a slim and light appearance. All structures based on MB-60 US system for outdoor structures must be equipped with and effective water drainage system and ventilation of the pane chamber and sash-frame chamber.
MB-60 PIVOT is undoubtedly one of the most interesting solutions as it enables you to create pivot windows.
Aluminium systems give you great possibilities, not only related to the structure, but also interior design. MB-45 joinery comes in any colour from RAL palette.
We use a painting technique known as powder coating. Profiles and handles can be varnished (in the case of windows). This varnishing technology guarantees excellent appearance and provides aluminium with additional properties such as resistance to corrosion and UV radiation.
If you want to provide your doors and windows with even more unique appearance, you can choose your colour from the DECORAL palette. Woodgrain finishes enable you to combine the noble appearance of wood with modern technology and the advantages of aluminium.
MB-45 windows can additionally be equipped with concealed hardware. It remains hidden in the fitting groove and is invisible when the sash is closed. All elements of the hardware may be concealed. Apart from their aesthetic values, such hardware has some practical advantages as well. It allows the user to adjust the sash in three dimensions and set the sash opening width.
Installing new aluminium windows without removing old frames? It is possible! We provide very functional renovation windows using the MB-60 system. The windows are based on standard profiles, to which an angle bracket is fixed (on one or both sides). Renovation fins are inserted into the bracket in order to mask old frames. Installing new aluminium windows does not require removing old frames, minimising the risk of damaging the façade and time needed to install new windows.

Accessories can remarkably affect the appearance and safety of use. Aluminium profiles are often use for very large glazed areas. These, however, can be very tempting for burglars. To protect yourself against them, we recommend equipping MB-60 windows with reed relays, movement sensors and essential components of the alarm system. Reed relays are magnetic sensors that trigger the alarm when the position of the circumferential hardware is changed, i.e. every time when somebody tries to open the window.
You can also install VSG glass panes, i.e. safety glass. This type of glass is manufactured by bonding the pane with special film. Such structure provides the window with anti-burglary properties (hard to break), such windows may act as structural elements since even when broken, glass adheres to the film.
Ventilators ensure continuous flow of fresh air into the room. We recommend pane-mounted Renson ventilators and humidity-sensitive ventilators offered by our company. Pane-mounted ventilators are installed between the profile and the pane, while humidity-sensitive ones are included within the frame. The frame height must be consider since not all frames enable you to install a humidity-sensitive ventilator.
Apart from standard solutions, MB-60 system joinery is available with varnished handles and concealed hardware. You can also choose to install internal and adhesive sash bars (25 mm wide).
If you really value thermal comfort, we recommend insulating spacers. Made of complex insulating material, they improve insulation properties and reduce the risk of temporary condensation of water vapour. Moreover, they guarantee long-time air tightness of insulated glass panes and minimisation of heat loss by reducing the thermal bridge at the profile-pane joint.
