The system designed for the Dutch market and as it provides the different installation options, it can be obtained with two types of frames. Furthermore, we can produce the Blockprofil NL system with the use of the innovative HFL method of joining profiles.

Windows produced in the Blockprofil NL system (a NL frame + a sash on the Ideal 4000 profile of the "A" class) provide limitless possibilities of shaping the look of a building facade as well as its interior. Our Blockprofil NL windows are produced in several plain and wood-like colours. We can also apply one-sided, two-sided or duo-colour veneers. The duo-colour option provides an option to apply one colour on the inside and the other on the outer side. This option enables to maintain the harmony of the facade look as well as adjust the window look to the interior design.

We offer an excellent imitation of timber joinery to our customers by dint of the innovative production line of welding in the HFL system.

The HFL system is an innovative method of joining frames with PVC sashes characteristic for timber windows. In traditional PVC windows a welding line is placed at the angle of 45 degrees whereas in the HFL system the profiles are joined at the angle of 90 degrees. Thereby the window gains an extremely unique look, which with the use of wood-like veneers will not differ from the look of timber windows.

Another advantage of applying this solution is definitely the price. Windows produced in the HFL system are significantly cheaper than typical timber windows.

Windows manufactured on the basis of the Blockprofil NL system can be equipped with Multi-Power hardware - the so-called concealed fittings. The fittings are hidden in the rebate and completely invisible when the sash is closed. Moreover, tracks of a movable mullion, drive shafts, hinges and other operational elements can also be hidden. In this way a window gains an elegant look and its structure becomes extremely balanced.

Another interesting solution that can be applied in windows based on the Blockprofil NL system is a central handle, which enables to install a handle in the axis of a window's symmetry.

Windows produced in the Blockprofil NL system are to be installed in both buildings that are being constructed and the ones being renovated. Their wide frames are equipped with exterior rabbets and enable an easy and aesthetic way of installing windows in buildings made of face brick (clinker) without an additional masonry finish. Large steel reinforcements in a frame allow to build large structures with keeping the appropriate static parameters.

With the use of the Blockprofil NL system we produce not only windows, but also doors (that open inwards and ouwards).

Safety for users of our windows is ensured by two anti-burglar latches per sash, anti-burglary pins with compression adjustment and a mechanism preventing a handle from being misplaced that is integrated with a sash lifter. These elements are installed in every side-hung casement window in our standard versions. Furthermore, windows based on the Blockprofil NL system can be equipped with an opening brake controlled by a handle or graded tilt. The latter solution instead of one position provides a few possible placements of a tilted sash. In order to activate the mechanism one should turn a handle up and then pull a sash away from its frame at a required distance and block it by turning a handle 45 degrees downwards. The fittings change their position and enable to tilt a window. And to increase a user's comfort, windows based on the Blockprofil NL system are equipped with microventilation in the corner in our standard versions (side-hung casement windows).

For the structural reasons traditional air-vents cannot be used in windows based on the Blockprofil NL system. Glazed-in air-vents are highly recommended here. Therefore, we recommend the following models of air-vents: Renson THM 90 (for a glazed unit: 24 mm) and Renson AR 75 (for a glazed unit: 36 mm).

Glazed-in air-vents operate in the same way as traditional air-vents, but their installation in a window does not require interference in a window frame. They are installed between a window sash and a pane with reducing its height. The length of an air-vent equals the glazing width and elements allowing to regulate the air flow are placed at the endings.

Additionally, the Blockprofil NL windows, due to the fact that their sashes are based on the Ideal 4000 system, can be equipped with any accessories from our offer. The standard double-glazed unit can be replaced with a triple-glazed unit. What is more, our windows can also be equipped with muntinswarm edge spacersinsect screens and other accessories.

Safety of using our windows is one of our priorities and therefore we recommend choosing Hoppe Secustik handles with a key or an English-style tilt with a TBT handle. These solutions are especially popular among parents. The lock in a handle with a key is an effective protection against being opened by children. However, one must keep in mind that the handle will prevent its opening completely when the English-style tilt option will prevent opening the window, but it will leave the option of tilting.
